Your feedback is confidential, and your participation is greatly appreciated. The survey should take about 5-10 minutes to complete.
How to identify the email:
- Subject: Univera Healthcare Satisfaction Survey (Employer Groups)
- Includes an Univera Healthcare logo at the top
- Our survey platform is Qualtrics, there will be a survey link that is safe to click on or you can copy and paste a URL into a browser
- The email will come from a ‘no reply’ Qualtrics account → noreply@qemailserver.com
- The reply-to email will be UniveraHealthcare@UniveraHealthcare.com and this box is monitored by our Research Insights team
- Email is signed by Art Wingerter
