Starting in 2026, Community Rated HMO groups will be required to provide an Annual Group Information Form (AGIF) for renewal. Community Rated HMO groups will be included as part of the small group AGIF renewal mailing notifications.
Additionally, the AGIF Webtool has been updated to include the 2027 survey year. When submitting an AGIF, groups must select the correct renewal year within the tool. All groups renewing between 3/1/2026 and 12/1/2026 should select the 2026 dropdown option for their current year renewal submission. Selecting the wrong year may delay processing or result in non-renewal.
