Many questions members have can be answered by accessing their personalized information online.
Members can review their current plan, benefits and claims information, as well as view their statements and rewards programs. High Deductible Health Plan members can also review individual spending breakdowns, deductibles, and in-network and out-of-network spending.
Registering for an account is simple; it just requires an email address and the Member’s subscriber ID number, which can be found on their Member Card.
