In the coming weeks, you will receive an email inviting you to take an Univera Healthcare satisfaction survey. This survey is an opportunity to provide feedback on your interactions and experiences with the health plan.

Your feedback is confidential, and your participation is greatly appreciated. The survey should take about 5-10 minutes to complete.

How to identify the email:

  • Subject: Univera Healthcare Satisfaction Survey (Employer Groups)
  • Includes an Univera Healthcare logo at the top
  • Our survey platform is Qualtrics, there will be a survey link that is safe to click on or you can copy and paste a URL into a browser
    • The email will come from a ‘no reply’ Qualtrics account → noreply@qemailserver.com
    • The reply-to email will be UniveraHealthcare@UniveraHealthcare.com and this box is monitored by our Research Insights team
  • Email is signed by Art Wingerter

If you do not receive a survey invitation in your email, please reach out to UniveraHealthcare@UniveraHealthcare.com and the Research Insights team will send you a survey link.
