Making It Easier To Reinstate & Update

With the click of a button, we’re making it easier for you to track and view requests to reinstate health plan policies for your members.

Today on UniveraHealthcare.com, employers can go to the View/Update Policy tool to view or reinstate their members’ cancelled policies using the Reinstate Terminated Policy button. In the coming weeks, this button functionality will be updated to map to the Enrollment Inquiry & Support tool. With this update, when you submit a request to reinstate an employee, you’ll be able to track your request with a case ID and view the status on your dashboard.

Note: This button only appears when viewing a cancelled subscriber’s policy within 30 days of termination. A policy can only be reinstated within 30 days of termination. If there is no Reinstate Terminated Policy button on your screen, you’ll need to re-enroll the member in a new policy.

If you have questions, reach out to your account manager.
