We have some updates coming to our dental claims processing system for groups currently covered under the dental plan. The new system will improve the overall member experience with simpler, easier-to-understand explanation of benefits, anytime access to convenient web tools, and more.
As a result of this change, groups will also be assigned a new group number.
There are three different migration dates:
- November 1, 2018
- January 1, 2019
- March 1, 2019
Members will also be receiving new Member Cards prior to their group's migration date. A brief explanation of the new features that members will receive and the effective date of the cards will be included with the ID card mailing. The change in group number does not impact your benefits or change your renewal date.
