Today (May 22), we announced that The Lifetime Healthcare Companies (LTHC), the parent company of Univera Healthcare, plans to form an affiliation with CDPHP, one of New York’s leading not-for-profit health insurance companies. This affiliation is aimed at improving access to affordable, high-quality care for residents across the state.
If approved by state and federal regulators, LTHC would become the parent company of CDPHP alongside Univera Healthcare. Our organizations are committed to maintaining each insurer’s local brands and identity while working together to combine resources and share best practices to enhance the quality, affordability, and experience of care for millions of New Yorkers.
While we await regulatory approval, we want to assure you that it will be business as usual for our members, providers, employers and strategic partners. We will remain highly responsive to your individual needs.
