Due to new requirements of Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act, we are required to send an annual Notice of Nondiscrimination and Notice of Availability of Language Assistance Services to all members no later than 11/2/2024.
This mailing is currently underway, initial mailing will be sent to members on 11/1/2024 or shortly thereafter to meet this new regulatory requirement.
