In July, we announced our partnership with Smart RxAssist to help maximize savings available from drug manufacturers assistance programs. This program provides financial relief to self-funded employer groups and decrease out-of-pocket costs for medical specialty drugs.
We are happy to announce the program has been rebranded to HelpScript. The new name better reflects our dedication to helping members save on their medical benefit prescriptions.
With HelpScript, members will continue to enjoy the same ease, personalized support, and savings they have come to expect, now with a refreshed look and renewed focus. This change will not impact program functionality and will only impact the program name.
Members enrolled with Smart RxAssist will soon receive a letter from HelpScript, that includes answers to frequently asked questions to ensure a smooth transition.
