Over the past several months there have been some AGIFs emailed to Univera (AnnualGroupInformationUnivera@UniveraHealthcare.com) that were not received through our email system. While most of the emails were received, we realize this could create a situation where a small group is non-renewed even after attempting to submit a current AGIF.
Beginning February 1, 2024, the AGIF mailbox for Univera will send an automated reply to confirm receipt of emails and the AGIF form. If you do not receive a response after sending an email, please contact your account manager or call the Underwriting team via the AGIF toll free number, 1 (888) 817-2700. We’ll be happy to work with you to ensure the AGIF is received, and the renewal process runs smoothly.
