As of January 1, 2019, HealthyU biometric screening programs are being provided by a new vendor partner, Integrated Health 21 (IH21). IH21 is a national biometric screening vendor. They provide customer centered, high quality and cost effective services, employ highly trained professionals and engineer processes that assure delivery of excellent customer experiences at all levels of engagement.
We are always looking for ways we can improve the member experience. Some features IH21 allows us to offer include:
- Standard Physician Verification Form employers can add to their program
- New HealthyU branded web-based educational platform
- Height, weight and measured BMI included in all programs
