Please be advised that employer groups who have not submitted an Annual Group Information Form (AGIF) in the past 2 or more consecutive years will be non‐renewed beginning January 2020.
We ask for your assistance in ensuring the completion and submission of the AGIF as soon as possible.
Within the next couple of weeks, a warning letter will be mailed to all the employer groups who fall into this category so the non‐renewal can be avoided.
