Request for Missing Social Security Numbers

Under the Affordable Care Act, the Internal Revenue Service requires health insurers to request missing subscriber and dependent Social Security numbers from their members.

In August, we will send Social Security number request letters to individuals who had health coverage at any time in 2019. We are providing this information so that you may alert your groups.
