The webtool used to submit the annual group information form for small groups has been updated. The year dropdown has been updated to include 2026, which is the year in which the tool is auto populating with. Please ensure that you are using the correct survey year for your groups webtool submission. Currently, March-December groups should be using the 2025 survey year in the dropdown. 2026 renewal groups should use the 2026 survey year.
