As we prepare for the upcoming Open Enrollment season, we want to ensure a smooth experience for your organization and employees. To help us manage volume and maintain service quality, we ask that all ANSI file implementation requests be submitted no later than September 30, 2025.
Please note:
- Requests received after October 1 will be placed in a pending status and you will be contacted in mid-January to begin the implementation process, after our OE activities are completed.
For 1/1/2026 enrollments during this period, please use one of the following alternative methods:
- Web enrollment
- One-time enrollment file
- Paper applications
