These are anxious and unsettling times. We’re bombarded by wall-to-wall news and around-the-clock social media about coronavirus (COVID-19) – and the impact on the economy.

I want to reassure you that Univera Healthcare is well prepared and equipped to support you, your businesses, our members, and our health care community – every step of the way.

We have engaged in pandemic planning, testing and training for years. We are in contact with local, state and federal health officials and are implementing applicable orders and regulations. As part of an organization with more than 4,000+ employees throughout Upstate New York, we are nimble and focused on not missing a beat in placing our members’ health and wellness at the center of everything we do.

As we know that many employers are being forced to make the difficult decision to lay off employees, there is a special section on insurance options and the special enrollment period for those who have recently lost coverage due to the public health emergency.

The COVID-19 situation is rapidly changing, and this website will be updated regularly with new information. Please share this new resource with your employees, friends and families.
