Groups will receive Annual Rate Notices (ARNs) at the end of October. 

This includes:  

• Small Group Products
• Individual

Medicare Advantage, Simply Prescription and Dental prospective pooled group notices and rates will be issued and viewable in Information Connection later in the year. Please contact your broker or account representative with questions.
